Windows Copilot

Firstly, you must have at least the "PRO" version in order to do this.
You must disable it thru "Group Policy Editor".
 From the search window on the tool bar, Type "GPO"

Next, in the left hand screen look for "User Configuration"

User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Copilot

Then, double-click on, "Windows Copilot"

To turn off Windows Copilot, select "Enabled" to remove Copilot entirely.
