Litecom follows a CPE Vendor business model. CPE stands for, Customer Premise Equipment. We work for the end user. We can join in anywhere, complementing your needs, or a distant corporate need. We are a "No contract requirement" company.

Research and Development.
At Litecom, we do our best to research products and solutions prior to rollout or sales. Many products do not meet our standards within the R&D lab, and therefore do not go any further in the sales or installation process.
We thouroghly vet all of our products in our lab and work with the manufacturers to address issue's, BUG fixes, or identify product enhancements and corrections.
On request, Litecom also provides direct research and development feedback for manufactures, clients and other technical services companies.
We are committed to these processes to reduce costs, increase successful deliverables and productive solutions.
Most people view spending on IT services as an expense, similar to, "Return on Investment" (R.O.I.),
but in reality, it is, "Cost on In-Action" (C.O.I.). Meaning, "What if I do not implement a strategic I.T. or Telecommunications solution? What if I do nothing?
